Our organization assesses its current situation, fixes objectives and develops policy, implements actions to meet these objectives and then measures the results. With this information the effectiveness of the policy, and the actions taken to achieve it, can be continually reviewed and improved.

Tooling Quality System
Driven by Critical Thinking, our tooling quality system begins with Team Members, taking the time to challenge one another with alternate ideas that settle into the “Best Possible Products, Manufactured in the Best Possible Ways”! Our adaptation of the ISO 9001 QMS led our custom tool making methodologies to develop a series of checklists that confirms and reconfirms that Best Practices and optimal manufacturing planning is being applied. We spend many hours preparing to launch new programs to our manufacturing floor with resulting designs and manufacturing routers that have hours of planning and scrutiny. After arriving in manufacturing, we utilize the latest in techniques through high speed machining, EDM, and Coordinate Measuring Machine CMM verification.
We recognize that the ultimate verification of a great mold design, superior manufacturing and quality verification is to sample the injection tool in the eventual molding environment. Because our shared goal between Mold Making and Injection Molding is optimal quality, our molding resources jump into putting every new tool through rigorous scientific molding parameters. PPI insures functionality, part dimensional layout, and attributes cosmetic quality utilizing the customer specified material.
